Why take leftovers?

DeAngelo "I think I'm a shutdown corner" Hall has signed with the Redskins.  Stank-0's only question is who does he replace.  Stank-0 has a player in mind (Rogers on line 1, Rogers on line 1).  Son has been bad for a very long time.

What does it say when the dysfunctional Raiders cut you?  Fa real!

So you want a vet who got cooked up by a rook in the rook's first game of the season?  Iz u surrious, Six Flags Snyder?

Dismissed, prequel III

Filed under: , by: Stankoniforous 0ne

The Kansas alum in Stank-0 is smilin that Ron Prince has been asked not to return next season.  On the flip side, Prince did succeed Snyder at Kansas State so the stakes were elevated before he even started.  The straw that broke the camel's back was the blow out loss to....wait for it....Kansas!  :DD

This is the 3rd in the Dismissed prequel series.  The others are here and here.

In case ya'll forgot about the Dismissed series a quick rundown.

This will be the start of my Dismissed category.  Whenever an NFL,
MLB, etc coach/GM/front office guy gets his walkin papers, Stank-0 will
post it here.  If Stank-0 misses any please send him an email so
he can update.

Previous parts here and here.

Joey Porter the new Shannon Sharpe

Brandon Marshall done did it. He let the verbose Joey Porter get in his head.  B, all this talkin don't change a thing.  Ya'll lost they won, and this don't help your cause, patna.  You runnin your trap about how no one can get in your head makes it look like Joey got in your head.  Ease up cousin.

NFL M.A.S.H. report II

Filed under: , by: Stankoniforous 0ne

  • Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub has an MCL injury that will sideline for at least one month. The Texans' fortunes are linked to Schaub.  Andre Johnson needs Schaub they have chemistry.  They will be the QB-WR duo of the future.  LOCK IT UP!!!
  • Chicago Bears QB Kyle Orton has a high ankle sprain and will be out 4-6 weeks.  Turnoversaurus Rex is not the short-term nor long-term answer.  Chi-town fans better pray that Kyle heals quickly.

Giving Stank-0 a reason to watch the NBA now

Iverson, Billups, McDyess

AI for CBills and Dice! Iz u surrious! Allen Iverson for Chauncey Billups and Antonio McDyess?! I think the Nuggets dealt him because he was at the end of his deal and they didn't want to re-up with him. Allen Iverson is 33 years old. He ain't no spring chicken anymore.

CBills comes back home, since he starred at University of Colorado. Will CBills and Melo mesh well?

PS. Stank-0 I know you have an NBA moratorium but you might want to suspend it to watch Melo and CBills clown.

Dismissed, prequel II

Another head coach has been informed their service will end at the conclusion of the football season.  Tennessee head coach Fulmer has been notified to have his office cleaned out by the end of the season.  This is the second prequel dismissal.  Poor Fulmer, son had been livin off that 98 title for a good minute though.  The other was written here.

Not the same magic

Sorry NFL but this edition of Colts vs Pats does NOT have the same pizzazz.  Tom is gone and Peyton isn't playin like the Peyton we are used to.  Randy Moss is basically runnin decoy routes this game, and John and Al are calling Wes Welker the next big thing.

It just doesn't have that it.  There's no appeal, no flash, no "sexiness" about this game.  The NFL betta pray (and very hard) that both teams bounce back next season.

It's only 12-7 New England with 7:06 left in the 3rd.  Iz u surrious?  That's a score for the beginning of the 1st quarter of the normal rivalry.

Another sign:  the Pats had a clock eating drive.  That ain't the Patriots Stank-0 is used to.  Not by a long shot.

New poll

How did Texas Tech leap to #2?  Bama should be #1, they been been playin like it.  Because the Ohio State keeps crapping the bed, Penn State is payin for that by staying at #3.  How do you move an idle team though?  That ain't right.  OU after their beatdown showout is #4.  Texas only dropped to #5.

It is truly a Big XII SEC world right now.  HOLLA!

To: PAC-10 and Big 10 11

To garner any amount of respect, a conference championship will have to be created and very soon.  How can you be a major conference and refuse to play a conference championship game?

That don't make sense.  Do better, early!

Big day

Life is soooo good!  Kansas humbled K-State 56-21.  :DD  Life don't get much better than this.  Todd Reesing just passed, passed, passed today.  When did K-State fall off so hard. :DD

The Okies slapped Cyclones 59-17.  The Okies have an elite level receiver, Dez Bryant.  Son is Sunday bound.

The Aggies edged the Buffs to NOT be the worst team in the XII, 24-17

Right now the Sooners are humbling the Cornhuskers.  Last score check was 56-21.  The Sooners can just ramp down and play the clock out.

Baylor gave Mizzou a test but ultimately fell 31-28.

Lastly, Texas Tech beat Texas on a last second TD to Michael Crabtree, 39-33.  Crabtree is obviously an NFL caliber receiver.  He reminds Stank-0 of Andre Johnson.
