Don't get it twisted

Stank-0 is well aware that the playoffs are poppin in baseball.  The Dodgers and Phillies in the NL and the Rays and BoSox in the AL, however, Stank-0 could honestly fall asleep watching baseball (and has a few times).  Playoff baseball is only marginally better than regular season baseball.  If, if...if Stank-0 watches any playoff baseball it will be the Rays-Sox series.  These two teams have some surrious bad blood.

Unfortunately, Stank-0 couldn't find video of Coco Crisp's sweet chin music.  If you got it post it.  Thanks.

Shocking week 5

The Washington Redskins have prevailed over the Iggles to move to 4-1.  Yowza!  Jason Campbell is the real deal, don't sleep.  Stank-0 has officially had the kool-aid.  If Six Flags Snyder doesn't fire Jim Zorn, Campbell has an offense he can work with.

The Cards humbled the previously undefeated Bills, 41-17.
What planet are we on now?  The Cards missing Anquan Boldin...just piled points on the Bills.  What in the ham sammich is goin on?  Cards are in first place in the NFC West.

The Fins are flyin high, BAAAAALLLIIIIIIIN!  Maybe Stank-0 was wrong to question the Parcells effect on the previously hapless Fins.  Uh, SD, ya'll might want to wake up.

ATL, act like you know!  The Falcons slipped by the Pack.  Maybe....Aaron, you should have sat this one out.  There's only one Brett and he wears a different color green.

How about them GMen!  No Plax, no big deal.  The C-Hawks are straight dookie.  Are the GMen that good or are the Seahawks that bad?  Stank-0 is goin with the latter.

Last but not least, the Colts dropped 21 points in 4:10 to stun the Texans.  Is ya'll surrious!  The Colts allowed the Texans to get up that much before they started to play football?  Fa really!  Peyton, you need to tight up, son!

Big XII opening weekend!

Finally conference play has popped off!

Mizzou showed why they are in the top 5 with a convincing win over Nebraska.  It was downright humiliating.  Mizzou hung 52 on Big Red in Lincoln, NE.  Not a good look.  It pains me as a Kansas alum to say this, but Chase Daniel is looking like a serious Heisman frontrunner.  It was their first dub in in Lincoln in more than 30 years.

The Jayhawks rallied to get past Iowa State.  Down 20-0 at half, Kansas came storming back to win 35-33.  Yes sir, the Hawks showed some poise today.

The Sooners absolutely humbled Baylor.  The Sooners certainly looked like the #1 team in America today, however, against Baylor that's damn near reverse point shaving

The Buffs got hooked!  The Longhorns simply punished Colorado.  It was merciless.

Texas Tech passed all over Kansas State!  :D  That almost makes me as glad as Kansas' comeback win.  Life is good right now.

The Aggies' win streak against the Okies has been broken.  As an Aggie alum was fond of telling me, they owned the Okies.  That's all past tense now.

USF?! Take that! Take that! Lowly Pitt took ya'll to the woodshed. At this point in the season, it don't look like nobody wants a Thursday night game. Ranked teams are fallin every Thursday right now.

USF don't you worry none. You won't fall far in the polls. Look at USC. They dropped from #1 to #9. Also remember it's better to lose early in the season than late. Just axe West Virginia last year.
